1. Do you ship the Cardboard Christmas Trees outside of North America?

Due to our sustainable design philosophy and our efforts to limit our environmental impact, we only ship product within North America at this time.

2. Are the Cardboard Christmas Trees available in other sizes or colors?

The small Cardboard Christmas Tree is available in one size for 2009 (1ft) and two colors (kraft and white). The original Cardboard Christmas Tree is available in one size for 2009 (3ft) and one color (kraft).

3. Are decorated trees available?

We'd love to decorate trees for a living but just don't have the time - for now, we'll leave the decorating up to you.

4. Where would I put the tree after I assemble it?

The tree can be used in a great many locations: center of the dinner table, side table, bedside table, office desk, children's room, etc.

5. Can I put lights on the Cardboard Christmas Trees?

We don't recommend using lights on the trees because the recycled cardboard from which the tree is made is flammable. Always keep the tree away from heat sources.

6. Can I paint the Cardboard Christmas Trees?

Yes, you certainly can! Let your creativity guide you - we chose recycled cardboard as a medium to facilitate the best canvas for decorating - whether you're using paint, crayons, glitter, sequins, papier-mache, aluminum foil or whatever you choose.

7. Is the tree safe for my young children to decorate?

We've done our best to make the tree parts safe for young children but we recommend supervising all young children while they decorate.

8. Can I recycle my tree after decorating it?

This depends on what was used for decorating but small amount of paint, markers or crayons usually do not affect the recyclability.

9. This seems like a great gift idea - can I send this to someone from your website?

Absolutely! Just fill in your gift recipients address in the "shipping address" when you check out.

10. Why is there a "To" and "From" on the packaging of my small Cardboard Christmas Tree?

While the tree itself makes a great gift, a decorated tree makes a really special gift. After you receive and decorate the tree, you can use its recycled cardboard box to send your decorated tree to someone. Just fill out the "To" and "From," attach postage and send! It's perfect for kids sending a tree to grandparents or friends sharing some of their holiday spirit.
